My sister had taken the nursing board exam last December 2011 and we are expecting that the result will come out this month. so what school to you think will again top the board exam? the over all ratings of board exam are almost at the range of 30-40% only of the total takers. Do you think the overall exam rating for nursing will increase this year?

I think it will increase, because as of now there are so many Review Center. The school have guidelines that if they can not reach the quota they are ban in teaching nursing. So i think this year is increase passing expected.

I am a July 2010 board passer. During our time, UP-PGH and Ateneo de Nagan top the board exam. I took up nursing because my dad encouraged me to take it. It was a hard and tough course. Before taking the board exan, I prepared heartily for it. I read and reviewed for 3 months for the board. There were a lot of subjects to review on.bur one thing is for sure. That God was the reason I conquered the exam. If you yourself have the faith and the people around you prayed for the success of your exam, then so be it. But don't you know, for me the hardest part is not the exam. Its for formality, otherwise, the experience is much harder. It is the true application of the nursing course you take. The skills! That I experienced before. The hours of shift which is 16 hours of duty. The sleepless nights and the feeling of hunger in between duty hours. The work overload in minimal pay.

yah nursing job is quiet tiring. And i'm also concern to those nurses working hard for their family and later on develop some illness due to stress.
