What is the difference between MCA and Msc(IT)?

guy I know both are different course. but I want to know what it difference in their subjects and which one is difficult. if the little difference for their courses then also tell me which one good for me? I select I BCA completed and want to do MCA. but some friends are told me MCA and Msc(IT) not a major difference their one or two courses are differ. that's why I'm little confuse. please tell me which one is good for me?
