getting access to logging in facebook needs EXTRA MONEY?

i'm sure u 'll be surprised to see this.but at leat for now,facebook.com is forbbiden in mainland china.so ,when i was browsing some discussions,there's ad about helping you get access to facebook with paying 60RMB per month,,,(70RMB is my fee of internet per month).you could take it as a joke.but not only facebook,many sites like youtube,twitter,or some discussion sites are blocked~~~( though there's some way out if i'm good at network thing~) at least i'm happy to discuss with you,mylotters...

Yoo! I am also surprise that MyLot is not blocked! As my working place blocked MyLot! Wow 60RMB for helping get access to FB, that is really good money! Smart earning! will it against the law for this business?!

there's always people do this,even it's illegal but 60RMB is a bit much to us ... by the way,is HK blocking ?oh, i thought it would be different~

no blocking but my working place block some site to let us work...BETTER :( you pay 60 rmb for rent the hardware or to use their ip to get online ?

I was actually surprised. I never knew having a Facebook account is illegal in mainland China. Well, your government probably has some good reasons for making it so. The company I work for doesn't allow the use of any social network sites and has blocked it on every PC. 60RMB is around $9 I think. I think it's a big amount to pay for something that's supposedly free. It's good though that myLot is allowed :)

thanks for responding,the company you work for just prevent you from social communicating during your working ours ,but you can visit them when you're not at work,but if i want to visit FB,should i be flying out of china???lol...
