Who wanna be the Initiator

Interesting statement of who wants to initiate. It's not so much who wants to initiate; rather, who is qualified to initiate. Alot of people who think they are qualified, are not truly qualified. It seems sometimes that those who think they are not qualified, are often the ones who are qualified. Go figure.
