Your thoughts and feelings about Prop 8 being ruled as unconstitutional?

Californians have a mark under their belt...Prop 8 is unconstitutional. What does that mean? It means that the ban on the gays being able to marry isn't right according to the eyes of the general public people and courts.

It was very poorly written. A lot of people were shocked because they believed they were voting for gay marriage and banned it instead. Usually, in common launguage we see positive/negative like this yes=for no=against. Instead it was read as yes=against no=for. So while we may read yes=no on prop 8 unconciously we correct ourselves, "yes" is a positive, approval is positive, so yes=I approve.

It means those things in the state of California. I disagree with the decision and am afraid that this is the way the rest of the world will go as well.
I disagree with the court and general public who say that gay marriages should be legal and acceptable. I am sure there will be a lot of people who will be all too willing to bash my opinion, but I believe as I believe.
