watching my kid grow

i'm a mother of a 2 year old kid. And as a mother i want to see him as he grows up and am with him most of the time. But how would i do that since i'm a working mom, any suggestion???:)

when i was still single i took care some of my cousin kids since they are working mom...then i made the decision that when i would have a baby i would stop my work and be with my kids taking care of them myself than letting a nanny to take care for them...and now i am happy with my decision never regret on it...i saw my baby grew and i saw the change of attitude as she grew up now she is 1 year and 5 months...while taking care of her i can still have work glad for the online work, great opportunity for all of us mom....i can still earn while with my baby...though not big for me since i was just starting to work online but atleast i saw my daughter every minute of the day...:)
