I still use a regular KTP. I have not received an invitation, to make E-Ktp. My friends say, to make E- ktp, must bring the invitation.

invitation?like we follow the wedding ceremony we can come into the wedding party if we had an invitation

i agree with you i think mendagri should check his man readiness before launching the good program.. i agree that this program is really good but without good support from many party, the good program can`t be effective and we as people did not feel the result of this program

thats e-ktp why mendagri continue this program, if the beginning of the program is unarranged like this?

I also do not know. Why is this happening. I thought, Ektp could be in one week. But, it must wait for months. Makes me have to take care ID card twice.

Yes. You are right. But, I regret very much, they do not tell me, to keep extending KTP, while waiting for E-KTP.

@henki : are you seriously?? e-ktp did not need money..this is central government policy and if iam not wrong, no money here...you can report the kelurahan officer which want your money... @moffice : yes, its bad story..are you indonesian people too??

from central government? yes, it free. that i saw on tv and read on newspaper. but in may place, especially on "kelurahan", you know, no money, no service. like moffice said, old story, bad habbit on government.

I also have two KTP. If for ektp, I should have only one ID card, I will follow the rules.

of course its need one ktp.. but the government must obey their rule too

i think you only one KTP if the government really using this policy with E-KTP,it means every people only had 1 KTP but valid in any place in all indonesia you should not worry about it..you can use your address in semarang and your e-ktp (with the semarang address) is valid in Palembang not worry about it..

E-KTP is not supported by many officer in kecamatan... they are not ready for this national policy

It possible, ..... but somehow I doubt it. My reason: E- KTP socialized by kelurahan. If they offering (not socialized anymore) this option (E-KTP), it mean kecamatan already supported.

kelurahan officer is same with kecamatan officer.. many of them must join the computer course before making the policy like this..

It's a big project. The government has spent a lot of money to start this "e-ktp" making in all provinces. Who doesn't want money? If the project hadn't been launched, the fund would have been returned. I see it that way. I was invited to a meeting held by the world bank that concluded that there was about 15 - 20% of the project fund was corrupted. The corrupted sum was probably bigger than that. I once had the conversation with one of the contractor managers who wanted to get a job at the Public Work office. He said that he was willing to get only 60% of the total fund and let the other 40% be given to the officials. 60% that he might get already include his profit, , if his profit is about 20%, only 40% goes to the construction. No wonder, the construction is easly destroyed. right?

Policy made by central government who live in Jakarta. In Jakarta, kecamatan and kelurahan had good quality officer but on other regions not have officers at same quality ...... and policy made based on condition in Jakarta

Actually kecamatan officer know how to use computer (even just basic). But problem is their birocracy procedure much too long. That make them work slow.

To make KTP usual, did not take long. But, to make E-KTP, require a very long time. I deplore. kecamatann party, do not tell me, to keep KTP, while waiting for the E-KTP. Because of my ignorance, I thought KTP care late, so I have to pay a late fee.
