Do you know in my hometown somewhere in Bicol province there is a place unbelievable flood cases every year reported with or without bad weather. Yes, that province is Nabua. With or without rain and no alarm message from the government you will just notice that the water is rising and coming to your house. Its been like that every year. One time while I'm in our boarding house, back in college, sleeping my housemates wake me up telling to evacuate the house cause the water rising rapidly when i look up outside its so (heck) sunny day! SO we put our thing on the top roof makes some rope to tight the things so it wont drop. Then leave the house. I would go to my aunt house for shelter. Her house is build 10ft from the base floor of the house and 15ft to 1rst floor and a wide open rooftop. There we would view the flood covering house surrounding the area. The flood rises up to 20ft deep (to most lower parts) and covering almost 3/4 of the buildings surrounding my school. People around that area is surprisingly used to this kind of situation. I used to joke my aunt to buy a jet-sky so we can use it to roam around the city. lol The flood take 1-3days then subdue withing 5-8days..minimum each year 4x / year but maximum cases is 9x per year. Are you suprised, what do you think about this?

Whoa!!! that's shocking kisstin, there must be a reason why that incident usually happen in your area. I never believe you never know or the local government people in your vicinity never know the reason why there will be a sudden rising of water even if the weather is good...or why not tell some higher authorities in your town or the city which you town or barrio belongs for proper investigation... Hope you will act before there would be plenty of lives would be lost... Mobhomeier here...

Its been like that always since I grow up. Nothing changes. Flood, tsunami, landslide, volcanic eruption, name it i think we have it.lol That is why also my province is to be likely the no.1 corrupt and poorest in Luzon area of the Philippines.

I hate it when flood gets in your house. I remember during typhoon "ondoy", our house got flooded in. Many of our furniture got destroyed. I remember seeing some of our dogs floating and swimming out of their cages. I had to get to the other dogs that got trapped and put them on higher ground. I wish it would not happen again.
