Don't know medically, but common sense-wise...it does make sense that it could do this.. you have all day long to "burn" the calories off....it has sugar for a quick little git-go (no such thing as a "sugar rush" and that IS medically proven) but also just that little bit of indulgence at the start of the day is often enough to help make it through a day. A splurge so as to not constantly be denying yourself or beating yourself up...no cravings....I'll for sure give it a try!

Chocolate product (any type) in the market basically contain a lot sugar. Now think, all of food that we eat with metabolism process it gonna change into sugar to create energy. Unused sugar in our body it gonna change into fat. If someone told you eating chocolate cake during breakfast, it mean he/she try to fool you.

Common sense tells you that if you deprive yourself of things like sweets...you will want them more and eat them more often. So...give yourself a slice of chocolate cake in the morning.. you have all day long to "work it off" and it satisfies your sweet craving and they say chocolate is good for the heart and last but not least...what a wonderful way to start the day on a good, uplifting note than to be able to say "I ate chocolate cake for breakfast!"

wow, if that's true then that's good news! I always eat sweet treats in the morning. And I don't know but I think it's kinda effective since I don't crave any more sweets by the afternoon.

To lessen the risk of diseases exacerbated by the consumption of too much sugar. It will be best to eat sweet treats once in a while. Eating chocolate cake once a week as a reward for yourself for taking care of your health and figure, will a good excuse.

Eating cakes in the morning or during breakfast can be helpful in losing some weight, because you are not taking in complex carbohydrates and sugar which are converted by the body to energy in a longer process, so if you eat simple sugar and carbohydrates like those found on desserts or cakes, they are easily broken down by the body and easily burned up for energy, so there are no surplus to be stored and converted to fats. However, we all know that desserts contain so much sugar in them, and too much intake of sugar can lead to hyperglycemia or even diabetes. So warning for those who has these two health conditions, not to try eating desserts everyday especially at breakfast time. The research, does not direct us to do whatever they say but they are just presenting some good research findings about what we eat everyday. So it is up to us the consumers to decide about what they are trying to clear out about foods facts. Yes we can eat some desserts in the morning but we should make it a point that it should be just a small part of what a good breakfast be. We should avoid eating too much sweets and the best thing is we eat a well balanced diet. Losing weight requires a long term process of exercise, balanced diet and psychological preparation, and is not done in a short period.
