It appears that Whitney Houston has died. No cause of death has been given. It is not known where she died. She was young, about 48. One more very creative person who had a lot to live for met an untimely death. It probably had something to do with drugs and or alcohol. The Grammy's are tomorrow night. This will certainly put a damper of the festivities. There will probably be a nice tribute to Whitney.

This is very tragic news. I never thought she would be going this soon. Even tohugh I am not really a fan, I understand what she was going through. But this was too extreme, too much to fully comprehend. I just hope that she will find peace wherever she find herself now. ANd people will remember her talent and the good things about her rather that her shortcomings and mistakes.

Well, I kinda understood her becuase she was an artist and so am I. I can relate to simialr demon in the the professional and personal side. I don't know about genes, That's a compeltely different field for me. But I geuss there's the never-ending quest for perfection and the frustration of not getting there. In terms of help, she might have the money but not the inclination. Sme people are perfectionists and very demandng of themselves. They have a view of themselves that they cannot part from.

I am so saddened by by the loss of this remarkable talent.IMO,she was the best female vocalist ever. I could listen to her sing for hours on end and i hope and pray she will be remembered for her talent and not for her unfortunate addiction that seems to have taken so many talented artists much too soon. R.I.P Whitney, you will be sorely missed.

I think that she was only about 48 -- way too young. Very sad news.
