samsung s7330 problems

I want to seek advice regarding my cellular phone.I have this samsung s7330 cellphone for years now and a problem arise just recently and I don't know what caused it.It has a ringing tone feature which enables me to choose what tones I want if ever there is an incoming message or call the problem is whenever someone is calling me or texting me I can't hear the tone :( I have adjusted volume levels of my phone and still there is no sound?Secondly when i tried listening for my saved mp3 on my phone I can't hear them too :(( what seems to be the problem?Does any one of you encountered problems on their mobile phones? Please enlighten me and share your story thanks.

Hi and a happy day to all.
If you are having a problem with your phone or any gadgets or appliance that you own and you know the model number, it is wise to download or read the manuals. You can search bout the samsung s7330 manual and there you can start figuring out whats the real problem before going to a technician. I know there is one or two configuration settings that went wrong thats why you are having a problem with sounds or phone audio. Might be smart to look at it.
