Millions of cells die, break down and wear out everyday, and the new cells don't grow as many. Because of this, we look older and older. But no worries, there are things you can do to slow down cell deterioration. In addition to good eating habit and regular exercise, you can do relaxation. Relaxation can be done alone or you can get help from someone who knows about it. The easiest relaxation you can do is enjoying your hobbies.

That's nice to know my friend. So, i am now more confident that even if i don't have time to exercise anymore, because of my busy schedule at work, i am sure that i can be healthy. My work requires me to go around the mall, 1st to 3rd floor, to see if everything is clean and its proper order. For me, that by itself is already an exercise. In addition , i always eat balanced diet. Though sometimes i would pig out on foods, but compensate them with walking around the whole mall to inspect things.

You are lucky if your work involves physical move going from the first to the next. Using stairs or lift? I recommend you use stairs to get slim.

Can also practice yoga to ease stress and keep your body from settling in. Stress can cause internal physical damage too and make you seem to age more rapidly. This happens at a small scale but it adds up faster than you know it. Relieving stress through yoga or just general relaxation meditation does also decrease cellular deterioration. Also would like to add that getting proper rest also helps as most people these days sleep less than 7-8 hours a day, which also increases deterioration.

Yoga takes time to learn. So does meditation. For beginners, like us, perhaps, we can start off with doing hobbies and deep breathing practice.

People in this generation are most lack of exercization, they are busy with earning money, rising family, etc, but ignoring taking care of themseves, when they finish their mission and want to enjoy their life, kinds of disease find them. That's a so sad thing for life,we should combine relaxation with hard work, then life will become more miningful and longer.

Yes i agree. BEst way of relaxation is to do something we enjoy. It can be anything as long we feel comfortable and happy with it. Living a happy, stress-free life is something all of us should be looking forward to. All the hard work we have been through, in return for an easy life. That's why we have to relax when the time comes and not add more unnecessary stress. Relaxation can be simple, just break away from our daily routine, do something different that slows down our pace, enjoy all the beautiful things around us, is a form of relaxation too.

Age is a deciding factor in the metabolism of the body. As age goes up anabolism decreases. Meditation is very good to enhance anabolism.
