I love korean movies, they are such a breath of fresh air compared to other mainstream movies nowadays. One particular movie that caught my attention when reading a review is the movie "The Way Home". The movie is about a young boy living with his old grandmother who is illiterate and deaf in country area of korea. The boy was living in the big city of Seoul until her mother loss her job forcing her to take his son to his mothers care who is living alone. The boy is always complaining about the house and the food, he always do nasty things to his grandmother. But what touches me the most is the patience and love that his grandmother shows to him.In the end, the boy realizes the good things that his grandmother is doing to him. He teaches her grandmother to read and write. This movie deserves to be seen by any race.

The main characters are Seung Hoo Yoo, Hyo-hee Dong, and Eul Boon Kim. Korean names are hard to memorize. Do you know some other Korean Movies that are rare? Other Asian countries have good movies too like Hong ong and Japan. Thailand is good also in Horror. Check "Scared Trailer In Youtube". :)

Oldboy is good too. Koreans are also good in romance, comedy, and horror. My favorite movies in romance genre are "My Sassy Girl(Sad, Funny, and inspiring)", "Memories To Remember(Sad Movie, teaches a lesson about true love), "Windstruck(prelude to My Sassy Girl but comes after it). Try "Hearty Paws" also. The same boy from The Way Home.
