Fasting way to healthy body.

They said that if you want to cleasing internally you have to do fasting. By only taking water or juice within 3 days, you will be able to removed toxins and dirt in your body. Eating green leafy fruits and vegetables will also help in cleaning our blood. This can result to healthy skin.

There are so may theories coming up about the best way to be healthy but I would not go for anything that tells me to fast. I believe the best way to remain health is to eat a well balanced diet, exercise, live actively and drinks alot of water. One problem of fasting that can be serious is formation of ketones. I just cannot risk with this type of diet.

I don't think it is wise just ot drimk water and juice for three days, but ot drink water, green teas etc and be very good about oyur diet and cut out all the bad foods.
