Oversea's Pakistani's Right to Vote Will be any change to the system ?

All Overseas Pakistanis Now Number in 3.7 million can vote in General election what do you think Is this Going To be a new Beginning in the political History of Pakistan ? This is the first time in the History of Pakistan ,I Personally think even if only half of this number cast there vote in the general election that will bring a new era as nearly 2 million people will Vote for a new change . The commission is reportedly said they are also thinking to allocate seats as well for the overseas Pakistanis in the National assembly . Well My question is whats your take on it , and Will You go and cast your vote if you get a chance ?
