How can I sleep early?

I just want to know some ways in sleeping early in the evening. Because when I was student, I used to sleep at dawn time. If I force myself to sleep early, I can't sleep. I know that it is not good to human health.

GO to the Gym. few hour before early evening for a vigorous work out, then climb into your bed, off the light, turn on your melody juke box, then snooze off all you want. It is not that difficult i hope.

You can start by using simple methods to fall asleep, such as counting 1 when you breathe in and 2 when you breathe out. Keep doing that, focus on it, and don't think of anything else. Eventually you will fall asleep (maximum 10 minutes). You can also try sleeping pills, for startes, but Ipersonally don't recommend it. As a last resort, if you haven't been able to sleep, and it is past 5 AM, you don't sleep taht day, and wait until 10 PM that day (if you can make it). You will sleep like a baby.
