Adsense allow traffic from AdFly?

Hello Friends
Adsense allow traffic from url shortening sites liek Adfly and Linkbucks. Adfly and linkbucks site allow us to short url and they pay us when someone see that shorted links..
Now suppose I am having google adsense on my site. Can I short that link using adfly and advertise in valid sites. 
Do Adsense allow traffic from such sites.
If no.. Then suppose someone else take my URL and use it in such site and share it to others using those short urls.. Then what can we do for this??
