So now with the car crash Cole will be killed or in a coma; Starr or her daughter Hope or both will be hospitalized for some time and Blair(Starr's mother) and Todd(her father) will come to Port Charles to be with them; John since he is chief of detectives in Landview will come to guard Todd since Todd is under arrest for killing his twin brother Victor.
