Do you usually go for a spa or massage?

Hey guys, how often do you go for a massage? Me, not so often but I really wanted to make it a habit if my time permits me so. I could really feel my body relaxed and light every time I go to spa. I really don't know how it happens but it just occur to me and to my body. If I just have the luxury of time, I would definitely go once a week. Study shows that regular massage would extend your life about 7 years more. How do you like that?

Wow that's great to hear that it would help extend our life to 7 years. but of course, it also helps with good diet and exercise. I do like getting a massage. As much as possible I try to get a massage and foot spa once a month. It also serves as my alone time.

I think that is is very important to relax when times get stressful, but I don't think that it really matters whether you're going to be having a professional massage or whether you find other ways to relax; the benefits on your health will still be very much the same for you. My partner will give me a massage, and I find that is very relaxing, so it is for the best that I do this instead of having to pay for a professional to do it because of the fact that spending money that I didn't really have would probably make me more stressed than the massage would actually solve anyway.
