hi friends. i was scanning through the news section when one of those news channel started comparing Kohli's match winning knock against sri lanka against the legendary desert storm match where sachin single-handedly led the team to the finals. i never actually believed in comparing scores or performance from different eras. but it does have nice resemblance. unlike rohit sharma, kohli uses all oppurtunity given to him.he is the sole bright spot so far in this disasterous tournament. many players like irfan pathan, yusuf pathan, ajit agarkar, munaf patel had some of the best beginnings any playere could hope for .5-6 years later they are not even sure of their spot. but important question was this. wil kohli become one of those players or will he still be there in another 6 years?

Yes. he has the ability to continue more then 6 because he is playing cricket continuously well after stating his courier he improve his talent day by day. He is the Under 19 international worldcup champions caption before he enter the International cricket in main. After he started his courier here he is first slightly not done he has done in under 19matches but he is now so impressive in past year of cricket. And the momenten is he appointed as wise caption for our team now for the Forcoming series asia cup. So the talent never ends. But no one can reach the name of sachin he is not only a cricketer he is the God of cricket.

Sachin Tendulkar's comparison with any batsman in the world is totally absurd. As you would have read somewhere, there are two kinds of batsmen- first sachin tendulkar and rest others fall in other category. Yup, Kohli is playing quite well from the very beginning of his career, but his consistency in few years will prove his worth and talent.

I think Kohli has good talent and is one of the crickets of the future. I think most players were not able to play such a match winning innings as Kohli. I think most probably Kohli will become the captain of the team India. It was one of the brilliant innings I had ever seen in cricket.

I yes, He will be Indian captain after 6 years.. Surely I feel that he will carry forward his good performance in the coming years. He is slowly following Sachin's ODI records. He has already 9 centuries under his belt.. so hope for the best..

Sachin's innings was much better ,simple because the bowling attack of Australian team which played in that tournament was much better than this SL attack.Secondly in this match India got good start while in that one it was totally a one man show.Yes this can be compared to Sachin's innings in SA against Zimbabwe where he made 104 runs,in that match India needed 256 runs in 40 overs to win, although it was not a flat deck but a pitch with seam and bounce.

Kohli's brilliance at Hobart cannot be compared to Sachin's Desert Storm. No way!!! Sachin's been there for years, hell lot of experience and so much more that we can't even think about it. But judging Kohli from this match is not the right way. Kohli played a great game. And I hope he doesn't have the same fate as those of Pathans, ajit agarkar and munaf patel. I believe Kohli's gonna lead the future Indian cricket.
