The Best Place to Shop

I love to travel and went to more than 80 countries. My oppinion for the best places to buy clothes are: Bali-Indonesia, India, Thailand, Shanghai-China. In those places you get more for your $$$$. As for the expensive places to buy clothes are: Sydney, Paris, and Tokyo. But, if you travel to buy a carpet in Turkey, China or India, please think again, you pay a bit more and have to wait for days or weeks until your carpet arrives. Buy a carpet at Costco or at a store that is almost out of business. that way, you can return your carpet if change your mind. Of course at the store that is out of business, you have to have a real bairgain. Any of you disagree with me?
