hi friends
previously i said in one of my discussion that i had been selected for a job and due to some reason had not joined the company.
Recently i joined the same company and now i am under going training .The certification process would be taking place in the next week and after that we shall be the floor taking calls from customers.
The team ,when i say the team it is recruitment team means human resource managers,the trainers,the soft skill trainers and Trainee managers.
All are really good and everyone are doing justice to their jobs as well as are more a lot giving value to human values.
i like and love the workplace i am in and all other friends of me are really helpful and quite understanding .
i miss u all mylotters ,really i miss u all a lot "mylot".

I feel once your start doing the actual job then only you will come to know how interesting and challenging it is.

Thank you for the best wishes .Yes the job is new and i would need to talk and talk in the calls which i never ever done before in my life.
Yes i do enjoy a lot and learning a lot.
Yes you are right ,when i would be taking live calls then everything will be challenging and interesting and i would be assisting the customers with their queries resolving their issues with Insurance .
Lots of learning went in our training period and it was not that easy too.When we implement what we had learnt then only we would feel that we learnt something .

umabharti: calls will be in english and/or hindi. so you will not have any problem. learn the details of your product, service, subject so that you can give guidance. also learn the art of browsing to various sections of your site to get details for your customers.

Good that you are in the jobs you like and love.And also you are around with people who are nice,understanding.
Hope that they will not change,and will continue their being nice to you.But always to remember that not every one there is always good..it change always.

Yes i love my workplace,and the people are very understanding .Yes we hope for something positive rather thinking for something negative in the coming time.
Change is something that never changes.
We do need change ,it can be slow or it can be fast.It is interesting job and i am learning things also.
Hope i build a good career for myself and possess a little bit (lot )from this Industry .

Yes i hope that you have a good job,good friends there and you said they are understanding.But don't expect that always because they may turn into other side and not be understanding people..

yes my friend,its not that easy job,its tough handling various mindsets and people ,and customer servcice is not that easy job and if the service is related to some financial things then it is more tough

thank you for the congratulations.JOB is my need , its a requirement to live.As earning should be there if we want to live .It is not a desired job however its okay and fine as of now.
I AM HAPPY at my lott with all of u and at office with friends around me.LEARNING new things and making my career.

I am extremely happy to note that Uma has joined a company of her choice--you like the people, company, set up etc. that is really very good turning point for you. take up the work seriously, learn the nuances of the job and slowly you can become a team leader also to guide many others.
yes. we at mylot may be missing you --doesn't matter--u can allot 30 minutes per day and make a few posts every day.
You take calls in which language? english or Telugu?

First of all i would like to congratulate u as u got mylot Blue star which was my wish too ,however as i am not that active these days my star got stuck at the Nine.Hope i achieve it as early as possible.
Yes the calls are in english and hindi language.Its a domestic call center,we would be providing assistance regarding customers issues.
Present i am new to everything and it would take time for me to know things which are going around .
Its not that hard and it is not that easy too.
We do not know where life would take anyone and how the changes would come in anyones way.Just we can wish for a good happening to all.

I am able to sense the happiness pervading through you -- you have got recognition--you have got a job that keeps you busy most part of the day.
The job also gives you an opportunity to improve your communication skills in different languages. I wish you master the work , be positive and it helps you rise up in career.
I remember you as the first few mylot members who guided me in May 2011.

Did i ? i don't remember that i had ever guide u in may 2011.Yeah i am little enthusiatic regarding the job.
The training got completed and we had a certification test ,which is tested by the client .I got certified ,not at the first instance but in the second as there was some one to help me out with it.
Today i took live calls ,only two i did ,because its a new thing for me.I enjoyed the job and the calls handling
Still we have on job training of 15 days,and the calls will be audited by the client again so that we can be continuing in the customer service.

yes my friend,this was the reason for not being in mylot and not participating in anyone of our friends discussions.
Everything is going fine at my workplace,we had a training period of 20days and today would be our certification.Just very much nervous .
Mylot platform helped me a lot from the time i been here as i improved a lot in my english language and even having people around me.
And i learnt many things from the people who discuss so many things here at mylot .
ThankYou.I miss Mylot Community.
