whats your favourate childhood board game?.

I was watching my neice play a board game the other day and i got me thinking back to what board games and toys i used to like as a kid. I used to like the teenage mutent ninja tutrtles i used to have all of the action figures, board games, computer games and videos. I used to spend hours playing sonic the hedgehog on the sega genesis, i used to play monolopy with my brothers.

Boggle is a brilliant game i have a copy of that in my house i have also downloaded it as an app. My missus is a school teacher and they play boogle in school to help with the kids spelling.

When I was young I used to play a lot of Clue and Monopoly. They were nice to play because you could play with lot of people. After I grew up a little I changed towards checkers and chess. It felt good to play those because they allowed the use of strategy. After those came the video games, stuff like Nintendo (which introduced me to rpgs with final fantasy) and much later playstation (with deep stories in the games). After the PS2, I went to college and never got anymore consoles. I mainly play on the computer now, still I would say my favorite board game from my childhood was Clue. It was a time when my whole family could sit down for an hour or so and just be there instead of being busy with responsibilities or worried by bills. Those were good times :).

Yeah monopoly is enjoy to play.I used to play chess and scrabble when playing inside the house but usually I do play outdoor games way back as a kid.Today, they are few kids who play board games that we play before,they are more on online games and video games.

board games are so expensive nowadays maybe thats why people dont play them so much. Chess and scrabble are played now by adults and sometimes i have friends around and play scrabble. I must admit i loved playing games and toys then i discovered computer games and i played them more so i cant blame the kids really.
