If you want to smoke, that's your business. If you want to talk on your cell phone that is your business too. But by all means people please DO NOT smoke and talk on the phone while you are driving. Pay attention to the car you are about to ram into! Put at least one hand on your stearing wheel. And by the way, that toddler in the front seat, he's supposed to be buckled in a car seat in the back.

I can't agree more! What I hate even more is that even bus drivers smoke and talk on the phone all the time. They might be good drivers and know well the road they drive on, but come on... if you drive you are responsible for others too, not only for yourself.

100% agree, especially when you have kids with you. they should give a ticket for those drivers. Maby cases I saw people talked on their cell and were about to park their car. COmmon people can you wait.

Yep people do all of those things and more. I think that doing anything other than driving when you're driving is stupid. I've seen examples of people doing everything from fiddling with the radio to putting on make up to eating to turning completely around right in the backseat of the car to talk to other people, while taking their eyes firmly off of what they are supposed to be doing. It is rather scary to think that some people who obviously have no common sense whatsoever are behind the wheel of the car. You have two eyes and two hands(unless you don't, which...I'm not quite sure if it would be a good idea for you to be driving, but that's another argument for another time). Both hands are meant to be on the wheel, both eyes are meant to be on the road. Your mind is supposed to be clear as possible. Even on a clear day, with no distractions, there are all kinds of hazards on the road, so don't add to them.

Yes you are right the person should not use phone while driving and do not smoke. In India Supreme Court banned the black film window while car driving. But not banned on using cell phone Govt. should apply some rule on it because most of the accidents are happened due to this habit.

You are right. And don't forget about drunk driving. This is much more frequent than driving high, at least in my country, it is. Most of the accidents are provoked by drunken people, and the sad thing is that the drunked do not die, but the innocent that were in his car or in the car he smashed. It is sad, but there is nothing much to do, because after they are drunk they can't think clear, so you can't put all the blame on them. You must also blame those who let others drive after they've had a drink or two.
