It has actually been years since my last payout. it's coming up. I forget, do I have to do something to send it to paypal or does that happen automatically?

If you already setup your payment, it will transfer automatically and you will get notification for it in your email. By the way, congratulation.

If you reach the minimum before the cut off period you need to verify or update your paypal and wait for the payment by the 14th day of the month. You don't need to request just wait...
