Will the Knicks make the playoffs?

Probably not going to make it in this season, The Linsanity is just a temporary phenomenal for the team, the media sensation brought around by one player only is not burning anymore, the team can not depend on just one player only win it all, it still need more training and solid players to play as a team in order to reach playoff stage.

Basketball is a team sport, it doesn't depend on just one star player like tennis to make it to playoff, every member of the team must live up to the task in order to reach that stage. Without a full committment and relentless effort from all other players, knicks is nothing except just a skeleton fill with media sensational story, Bull can't make it to the playoff each time in the past if all their players are not fully committted to the season's game, and took every match seriously, Micheal Jordan is just one star player that doesn't determine the fate of every match even though he can slum dunk well.

I think they still have a chance to make it to playoffs. They just need to get their rhythm back and win games. They're not far behind from the No. 8 seed and they are a good contended team. When the time is ripe in terms of chemistry, they are one of the teams to beat in NBA.

Yeah that's true Knicks has a chance to make it to the playoffs. They just need to be consistent and maintain their energy in each game. And I think they will gonna make it to the finals if they jell and blend chemistry among them.

Its a tight race in the east. I see the only team that will against the knicks for the 8th seed are the bucks. It might be a cause for concern for the knicks because the bucks got monta ellis from the trade who is a great scorer.

they probably make it but, they will be pwn in the first round just like last year... they did well without Carmelo Anthony but appereantly it's more important to the managers to see him in court that to win games. So, they're not a contender for a title AT ALL

Of course it will ! You know it has three maybe all-star players ! There are some problems between Lin and Melo .Firstly ,they both need the ball !If Melo keeps the ball ,others will be watching and waiting him to shoot ;If Lin keep the ball, he will set a pick-and-roll offence ,Melo becomes a pure shooter . Moreover , Baron and J.R are not in a good situation !! I have to say knicks should add a good enough bench to relieve Chandler's pressure . If Knicks is the 8th seed ,it will be hard to say who will win the first run between Miami/Chicago and Knicks !!It will be a wonderful round for fans !!!!!
