pronunciation in french for 'en' and 'an'

If I need to pronounce the french word 'enchante' then the pronunciation will be 'onshontai' or 'aanshantai'. The question is that the pronunciation for 'an' and 'en' should be 'ahnn' or 'ohnn'

'en-' is pronounced as you have stated... 'ohn'

the pronounciation for 'an' is different then that of 'en' 'an'='un' and 'en'='on'
