All of us want's to be respected but sometimes we ask for it. I believe that respect begets respect. Respect should not be ask but must be gain , if we want to be respected we must respect everyone as we respected ourselves.

Respect follows the same principle as many things in this world: give in order to receive. So it's very important to respect other people especially if we want their respect in return. Respect it's not something you just ask for, it's something you must earn, in time. It gives more meaning to our relationships with other people and makes communication easier.

So true. To understand the value of earning respect, it is relatively important to have a good grasp of what the word means. It is the quality or state of being esteemed. It is also based on a person's own abilities, such as personality trait, characteristic, an action or series of actions.
