Would You Do The Same?

I had to 30 minutes ago call the police and report my sister for driving unlicensed with my neice and nephew in the car. I am scared for their safety. Would you report something like this ? Would you feel bad you did ?

It's a hard decision to make but I think you made the right one.You do have to consider the safety of the children and others on the road.

Oh what a terrible decision for you, sweetie. But, yes, if I was worried abut their safety, I would feel compelled to ring the police and report her. {{HUGS}}

Thanks nikki and bunny I was feeling bad about it at the time, and it was a mutual dicision between myself and my oldest sister.

Yes I would report it, as lives are at risk, and would feel bad about it, but the first decission would override the second. You did the right thing.

i'd call her attention first...i don't want to make such a big deal out of it...well, at least not if i can help it...:) i understand your concern, though...

Indeed it would be a tough decision. You could get in trouble for child endangerment if something happened and you knew about it. When it's your kids life on the line, I would never take any chances.

It really is a hard decission to make but i believe you made the right one, Bottom line is you are only concerned about your neice and nephew and how awful would you feel if she had an accident and they were hurt and you did nothing to stop it! I have had to report my younger sister for things before only because of my neice and i have felt bad but you have done the right thing!
