After a goal each by Luis Suarez and Stewart Downing the Reds beat stoke city 2-1 to enter the semi-finals of the FA cup.They will either play Sunderland/Everton in the semi-final clash at Wembley.
After already defeating Cardiff city in the Carling cup finals,this is another opportunity to get one step closer of another silverware.

If they managed to win the FA Cup means in this season Liverpool won two trophies, because before Liverpool get Carling Cup, but quite unfortunately, in Liverpool's FA Cup final defeat by Chelsea, which resulted in Chelsea has the right to win the FA Cup this season.
