Excercises to built a good physique

My partner doesn't get enough time to get to the gym and I am a bit worried about his physique..I love to see him in a good physique.. I have heard there are a few good excercises to be done at home without the help of equipments and stuff..like a push up and so..please suggest me a few to pass it to him...

ya,push-ups, abdominal curls,chin-ups,static running,are good exercise for a beginner.you can ask him to do all these exercise daily 3 set and each set has 10-15 repetitions.additional to this he has to do some stretching exercise to all his muscle which will prevent him from any kind of muscle injury during exercise.
