Hi there guys, I know Ive said this before and also by some other lotters, about Mike Chang's work-out and philosophies when it comes to working-out, he says that if you lift heavy weights and in a compound way or manner it would be faster for you to loose weight. And Ive incorporated that to myself and since I've started working-out I've lost 15 lbs and there were times that i loose chances to work-out and yet am still 15 lbs lighter so i guess if continuously or at least you complete cardiovascular and weight training at least 3 times a week, In my opinion you will hit your target way faster than i am doing now. Diet really plays a big part, i think making sure that you eat high protein low fat and low carbohydrates is the way to go not only now for loosing weight but to avoid deceases like heart problems diabetes and even cancer. So let us make sure that we find the best ways for us to loose the weight, the best exercise is what is helpful to you that sometimes may not be comfortable but is doable.

I love going to the gym. I only do about ten minutes of cardio and about 40 minutes of weights. Sadly I have not gone in a long while and it is stressing me out. Mostly due to car problems and now winter and as you know, once you start the gym it is very hard when you no longer go. It is constantly on my mind, but it is my new year resolution to go back because I miss the energy of the gym, the motivation and overall sense of well-being I felt.

Weight lifting is a tough job for those wanting to burn calories. It's not for me, as I'm more into plain jog and sometimes, I do badmenton with my husband. I preffered those burning calories workout. I think, it's more fit to those young-active guys to be in that tough workout like you! Good luck deo!
