What are the different kinds of accounts when it comes to Technical Support Representative?
How did the call center train you when you are here in Technical Support?
Is it really hard to pass here?
How would you also rate your salary?

There are a lot of accounts here for Technical Support Representative. Some are telecommunication company, which includes mobile, land line, and broadband service. Some are electronics and computer gadgets. I think Technical Support Representative post is more difficult that a Customer Support Representative post. This requires troubleshooting knowledge and patience of course. The pay is much higher but I guess there are less irate customers here compare to a Customer Service Representative.

I also believe that Technical Support is more difficult because of the word itself that it is about technicalities that needs to be resolve quickly then together with the fact that the customer is irate.

hi,
a TSR position is my line in a job because i have tried many times to apply but i didn't passed,but i tried a help desk support which was same to TSR position,and my client were different store like greenwich,red ribbon and save more super market.

What do you mean TSR is your line of your job but then you didn't pass? You mean you are always after the training?
