My sister and I watched the animated film today. It was entitled "The Lorax" by Dr. Seuss. It was a very nice and cute movie about a boy who lives in a town wherein there is no nature and everything is artificial. He had a crush on his a certain girl. And this girl wishes to see a real tree. So the boy searched for the man who knows where the trees are. To make the long story short, he found out that all the trees were chopped down because of man's greed and ambition and the only thing left is one single seed of that tree. He then set out to plant that last seed in the town center to make his fellow townsmen learn to care about nature. That movie made me happy and I learned a lot from it. I like how the movie promotes our care for mother nature. The movie was asking people to change their ways for the better. I think this is a good movie for kids and adults alike. It's a life changing movie.

I want to go see that movie, but maybe it's too late. I forget when it comes out, I'll see if I can't catch it in theatres before it leaves. It seems like it would be a very cute movie, and I did enjoy the previews I saw.

It was a disney movie was it not? I've noticed Disney has been doing a lot more in the way of trying to get people to take better care of the environment and teach the younger generations good morals. When i was growing up, of course it was the same, but it just seems they concentrate more on environemnt now then before.

Yup I guess it was a Disney movie. I think it's a good thing that they stress on environmental issues as the world needs to see that it is a great concern.

Yes and what better way to do so then to teach our children that it is a big concern. We may not have taken as much heed as we should have, but hopefully the generations to come will.
