Domain hosting cheap

Hey want to know about the domain hosting which offer cheap hosting. There are may thing i want to know. First the reliable hosts which take less fee. Also things like what extra things they provides like dns and emails safety and privacy etc. cheap host don't mean bad service i want good service at low cost. Also i want to know varation in prices like for one year they keep low and thwn increases the price for same.
Help me out.

Hello you also need to specify if you want to host only a single domain or you want to create multiple sites.
Check out Bigrock.in
It's the biggest hosting provider in India.They also have decent rates.
