I would say it is enjoying being in someones company more than others and a natural feeling/instinct that tells you you want to be around them

It's the ultimate form of egoism, to the point where you would sacrifice yourself to protect the feelings that arise from being with their cause. And while most people would deny this instantly and call it wrong and cold, the fact is that when you are in love, the person you love is just a tool to obtain pleasure, be it physical or emotional. This can be explained like this: if one person doesn't changes with time, then it becomes boring and less able to give the other pleasure, like a funny joke told too many times. If what you loved was the person, as romance merchants make people believe, then not changing would keep love existing. Using the joke analogy, what you love isn't the joke, but how the joke make you feel. So love isn't about you and me, but about how you make me feel and how I make you feel :).

Depends on what kind of love you are talking about. I love my mom i love my boyfriend familly friends. I love them all diffrently. I think love is a unexplainable felling it draws you towards people. It is just trully amazing and i am so glad that god allows it to exist.

Real love isn't based on feelings. Real love is an action, not a feeling. You do love, you don't fall in love, you do it. 1st Corinthians 13:4-8 explains it well. "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perserveres. Love never fails.

I heard this definition of love being expressed by a popular Radio 'DJ' on his radio programme in my country several years ago. At first, I wondered about the statements.., but the more I thought about it, the more I tend to agree with its expression as an appropriate way to define love for someone. In that light, let me share his definition of love with you and let you contemplate on it for yourself. In paraphrasing it, the Radio 'DJ' said that anytime you are in love with someone, you should experience "the feeling that you feel; and when you feel the feeling that you feel and you know that you're feeling the feeling and enjoying the feeling that you feel", then you are in love with that person". Heavy stuff isn't it? So is love, it's heavy stuff.

For me love is when you do not care about the flaws of your partner and whatever bad qualities he/she may have, you view it in a positive manner. Love is when you do not get angry despite the mistakes and failures she has done may it be in your relationship or to you yourself. That is love, there is no space for anger, and there is always space for consideration and acceptance.
