Can you please help me with this?

My friends computer freezes after playing video games for 10 mins (longer if doing something else like wathcing Youtube or going on Facebook) saying "Energy saving mode". It goes somewhere between sleep and shutdown, so you cant "wake" him or turn it off. The only way to play again is to dissconnect the power and reconnect it. I have tried everything i know: reinstalled windows, changed the energy saving options, checked if the processor cooler is working so it doesnt get overheated, scanned for viruses and nothing worked. Please help me with this.

I think your setting in control panel should be change a standby or some other mode. Otherwise perhaps the computer with RAM and capacity is need support each other. If a huge space hardisk must be support with the larger size or RAM. Either you just format your computer or laptop.
