or so an email making the circuit would have you believe. According to the email, this word appears in the Obama Healthcare Bill on Page 107 and means that while all other religions will be forced to buy the insurance Muslims are exempt. It simply is not true. Persons who MAY be exempt are those who have never taken government money, such as the Amish or Mennonites who have made their lives work solely outside any government assistance. If anyone in the United States is involved in Social Security, Medicare or Welfare and a thousand other government programs, they are not exempt from healthcare. If Amish or Mennonites have worked outside their own business interests, they also must buy the insurance because social security payment and medicare payments have been taken out of their paychecks. If they have been self-sufficient all their lives without taking payments of any kind from the government, they may claim exemption. I am by no means an Obama supporter, but friends, we let fear overcome good sense when we get these emails and immediately believe them. What do you think of this particular one? Frankly, I think the threat of being forced to buy insurance by the government is an excellent reason to never be involved with them at all.

I think being forced to buy health insurance is one of the most ridiculous ideas ever, I think he should pay for it, as long as he's in office at least and see how it feels to have to pay out of pocket for that kind of thing when we can't even afford to NOW. Why would he be changing anything, he will be making matters worse in fact. If the insurance would be cheaper, then that would be a different story.

Being forced to buy anything is ridiculous, but putting out false information such as the above email is equally ridiculous and essentially shouting that our president is Muslim, which in too many minds equals terrorist. Like I said I'm no fan of Obama, but if anyone is going to fight what he is doing, they should fight fair whether he does or not.

No one should be forced to buy insurance. However, it legal stature dictates that insurance must be bought in order to continue in one’s venture, there is no easy away of going about it. Recognize all benefits this would grant you, and what effect it would have on you in the future, Both with and without the insurance.
