beneficial of take a nap

hello my lot, have yu every day take a nap in a house/office, but more office giving time to us for take a nap, like as japan, all of employers usually take a nap, the boss of office give their time. it's a good for our health. we can take a nap on afternoon but don't overslept. jutst 15-20 minutes is enugh to take a nap. based on the three chick said that take a nap is a good for decreased stress hormon, after that our brain will be fresh after it, and take a nap can e help you to regenerate skin, and prevent to you'r skin aging. and how about you, do you have same idea with me?

I've never heard of this before; nonetheless, it's very interesting. I am not one to take naps, I usually just go to bed when I am tired, even if it's 3:00pm in the afternoon. Sleeping regularly and getting a good night's rest helps prevent aging. I've also heard that laughing and smiling prevents it. I do these things a lot, and I must say that so many people get my age wrong. =/ It's sad, but then again at least when I'm 60 I won't lose the young and hip. One of my teachers looks 20, but she's 42 years old. It's just amazing how some people can prevent their skin from aging :3
