Can you help me name this movie?

I remember watching this movie and for the life of me cannot remember the name of it.
It was a story of a couple (Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck) and she was expecting and when she had the baby girl she passed away but the story was then around the baby girl and her father and growing up.
It is one of my favorite movies and I cannot for the life of me think of the name of the movie.
Ugh its frustrating!
I want to purchase it and put it in my DVD collection.

I remember seeing this, but not the name. I think browneyed is right. I know they were both in "Jersey Girl", but I don't remember what it was about.

its one of my favorite movies to watch occasionally.
This was a pretty cute movie with a girl who acts and thinks like an older person. it was a fun watch and I love Liv Tyler and Ben Affleck together.

I am very sure that this is Jersey Girl. A new girl comes right and she is Liv Tyler...it is a very cute love story about a guy who has this adorable young kid and raising her alone.. 
They even performed Sweeney Todd in the end.
