Can you help me name this movie?

I remember watching this movie and for the life of me cannot remember the name of it. It was a story of a couple (Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck) and she was expecting and when she had the baby girl she passed away but the story was then around the baby girl and her father and growing up. It is one of my favorite movies and I cannot for the life of me think of the name of the movie. Ugh its frustrating! I want to purchase it and put it in my DVD collection.
