Did you ever play with trains when you were small ?

When I was a kid I had a lot of toy trains. I just loved building those railroads and watching the train run on them. It had a tunnel , some trees, the whole landscape was pretty interesting. I think I'm going to buy a big toy-train soon, I kind of miss it. Did you have toy-trains when you were little ?

I had a Thomas the choo choo train! It was made out of plastic, and if I was a kid today I would say "Bahoowee with that! I wanna Ipad!".

It's true, I think technology will make kid loose a lot of things in their childhood. Like playing outside :)

Yes, my brother and I played with trains a lot when we were children. We must have had several train sets when we were children. My brother even had his own conductor hat. It was so cute. We loved trains. We had even traveled on several trains as children.

No, my dad had them instead! Really, he had a whole collection set up on a huge board. Just once in a blue moon, my brothers and I were allowed to touch something briefly. Can't honestly say that we ever "played trains" though.

My father bought us a train set and we enjoyed it very much. It had a lot of accessories too. But he was very happy for us and he bought it too soon. We were very young and broke everything. I wish I had it now as a memory.
