how to upload my videos in youtube?

What are the steps should I involve to upload my personal videos in youtube site . What are the advantages available by doing so. Should I be able to earn money out of my videos posted. However, tell me the steps involved to post a video there .Is it very tough or easy?

It is quite simple
1) Go to Youtube site
2) Signup (or login with your gmail account)
3) Login
4) upload
Must read youtube terms & conditions before uploading any video, because if you upload video which is against their policies, your account can be banned forever.
