Return to our Body normal

Is it just by exercise can bring our body normal or just by dieting. I am seriously wanted to know because I am not able to make myself. cant even sit normal as before. fell very shy in front of all my friend.

If you burn more calories during the course of an average day then you will lose weight, and this is the case whether you create that calorie deficit by exercising or by not eating as much food as you might normally. I have lost six stone in the past 14 months, and I have done it partly by exercise and partly by dieting. A mixture of both is usually the best way, as you won't want to cut food down as much as you would need to in order to lose weight without doing any exercise, so the more you exercise, the more food you would be able to eat.
