We plan to start a bakery right here at home. We have a vacant lot that is just big enough for a simple bakery. But, Im not very comfortable about it because I know nothing about bakery. I can bake cake and cookies, but not bread. Its my husband who's very interested in this business. I get his point that bread business is a thriving one since everyone eats bread, but Im just not confident about starting up a business like this.
