need to know about computer engineering

Is there any computer engineers or computer engineering students here except me? :) . I am a computer engineering student here in the Philippines. Next semester, i will now be in third year, and i know, in this year, we will start to focus on studying our major subjects. On the past semesters we had our minor subjects that is needed in college in addition with the subjects that is needed in engineering like physics and math subjects like the terror calculus. I am glad that i will enter the next school as a regular student which has still no failing grades but i during this last semester, i almost fail on my calculus subject however i am fortunate that i passed. :) . Now, i would like to know what are the necessary things that a computer engineer need to know even just the basics so that i could start studying them this summer. Maybe i should start in programming languages that a computer engineer needs. Does anyone know. . .However again, this next semester, we will still have another math subjects, which is somewhat terror like calculus. In our house, i have a book of this so that i want to study this. I don't want to fail. But no one can tell, what will be my fortune on the next semester.
