Though it's not really okay for men too to cheat as there's a bad effect also to his personality and later to his family but the issue is quite not strong not not as big as that when the woman do. The men are quite ignored or tolerated by the public while the women are being judged and considered taboo at the society. The reason perhaps the guy is not really visibly affected as they are not getting pregnant like the women. It's not scandalous for them as there would only be rumors but no evidences as long as children don't appear yet. Women are more gauged in faithfulness to husbands and just cheating once would ruin everything while husbands can still hide the issue when they cheat their wives.
