I went to our hometown yesterday, and surprised to see a long lost friend. He invited me over to his house, and had a conversation reminiscing our childhood days. As we were talking, he fondled upon the day of his marriage to his wife and how i ended up being one of his entourage. I was kind of shocked as i know i was not included and i really have no memory whatsoever of that event, and insisted that i was not really a part of it. He went to his room and got the wedding photos, and lo and behold! i was really there, lol! i was kind of awed and mesmerized to see those pictures especially since i still had a full-haired head, lol! he even got some invitation with my name on it, lol! But honestly, i really can't recall anything about that event despite seeing the pictures. He just told me that i got drunk during the reception and dance with all the brides maids, lol! Memory loss?

yes, that also happened to me and all my classmates in school even in college have remember my name but when i bump them one of these days i could not remember there name but just recall there faces as something familiar. so they also greet me while i also talk to them and by the end of the conversation i just ask them what is your name again, since i hardly not call them by their names so ashamed to ask them whole they remember me so i always end up in awkward position.

same here, a lot of people coming up to me who were acquaintances in the past that i seem to forget totally or partially, some familiar and some absolutely a complete stranger, but when they started talking about something i know, then that is the time i really feel awkward, lol!

Ha, yea drunkeness can do that to a person, cause memory loss that is. I have had drunk people tell me they didn't do this or that when they did. They just didn't remember due to the amount of booze they had consumed. Beware when you get drunk, someone might have some risque photos they took of the event and blackmail you for!
