Ice will really be helpful

I know Ive mentioned before that i have pimple issues, well I do , mine is not acne
like mine is more of the swelling kind well i have found a solution to it and it was our
famous lotter mike here that handed me the answer, ice water Ive done it before
but mike just made me remember it when he suggested it, thanks a lot mike.

I also have pimple issues. I cant avoid it because it's in my genes. I also do the ice routine every morning and night after washing my face. The reason its effective is because it closes the pores in your face so that dirt will not get in. It also prevents redness and swelling of pimples.
