Abaca is the product in the philippines lower the price?

I just contacted in my place mati,that the abaca is low price today, i don't know why .It is 10 kilo for now, if you know it why it is low please tell me..They are back to old ways of hardworking to have farm,corn,and they eat bananas,corn and potatoes there..It is sad to hear because they are in the hard time,crises very lowthe buying abaca product, and that is the number 1 they get good income. please tell me.
