Is that true that alienware laptops had many problems / issues?

Hello Guys, I want to ask you about alienware laptops issues, is that true? As we know that Alienware is good brand and it corporate with DELL, but i hear from many alien user ( Alienware laptops user) that alienware laptops had many problems like Overheat, VGA problem, and also their processor, is that real?. Please give me information about pros and cons alienware laptops and what is the problem that alien user have?. Because i want to buy alienware M18X, but i think i'll wait before buy it, i want to get a good information about it first. Please give me information that exactly true about all alienware laptops issues specially about Alienware M18X. Please help me, i really need information about that. Please help me... :(
